Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to East London

The bus arrived late in East london I was going to the funeral and the bus was supposed to be there at 8:30 but ended up being in East london at 11:30 and I don't even know that route they were taking

It was my very first time using intercape but we received poor service, firstly the bus was broken right at the park station, it was suppose to depart at 17h30 yet we left at 21h31. They even promised us about another bus to come and rescue the situation and never did, infact they lied to our faces. One thing good out of all bad service they rendered is on administrative part because they quickly manage to change time for so that I can catch next following bus while I was late for the initial booking at a high penalty charges.

I did not enjoy anything everything was bad, the bus kept on breaking down I arrived very late

Everything was perfect for and the time frame we arrived exactly at the estimated time so honestly speaking I was happy with everything ❤️ ♥️ 💕

The bus was very very cold I don't know if they is no heater in the bus or what but I suffered alot

The bus broke down and we had to wait 5 hours for the other bus to come fetch us. I do not recommend anyone to use this bus as I will never use it again myself.

Didn’t enjoy the service and the expected time for the arrival was not the one written on the bus ticket

I didn’t even enjoy anything we waited almost 2 hours for bus. Driver kept stopping all ways . And the comfort was zero it’s like a local bus while it’s long distance. Kiss my money good bye never

The service was very poor. We paid R1040.00 for Eagle Liner and traveled the whole trip with Gauteng Coaches that is uncomfortable and meant for short distances. The admin is very poor, they just fill buses up with no recognition of who belongs to which bus as registration from their tickets.

Everything was good...the bus was very clean and comfortable and the driver and his team were nice, however, what I didn't like is that the charging ports of phones was not working in multiple seats.

The drivers were very friendly and the communication was excellent, announcements were handled with professionalism. Even though we got delayed but the staff tried their best to be on time.

Time management was good and the staff was very helpful but the bus itself did not have enough leg space between the seats, which compromises passenger comfortability.

I did not enjoy anything, firstly the bus was not the brand promised, it was very hot having no AC then turned to being cold cold, the seat are not adjustable and are not comfortable it was giving shuttle seats. Their lights were not working even the charging port

The bus was fast which was impressive but I didn’t like how we had to wait for it at the bus station almost for hours, the departure time was 7:05 pm but the bus departed at almost 9 pm. It was disorganised and there was so much chaos

I booked a bus ticket with them then I realized that I was supposed to book for Saturday not Sunday then I tried to contact them to cancel my ticket via their contact details provided on the ticket but the email didn't go through and cell number doesn't go through, the i went to their offices at East London they gave me another email, I wrote to that email but even today I haven't got any response from them regarding the cancelation of the bus ticket

Very dissapointed the bus was suppose to arrive at 09:00 am and its still 13:00 we haven't made it to East London I am on the way as we speak

the journey was good drivers friendly, but they must improve their toilet systems and some windows were not closing properly

The bus arrived on time. It is clean and the drivers treated passengers with best service

Very disappointed not only did the bus leave late at the station, it also arrived late at my final destination

The driver was helpful as I was using the bus for the first time and the location dropping off from.

There was no Journey because APM buses apparently no longer exists and still when I booked my money was taken and I can’t get hold of them.

Everything was poor the bus broke down and we stayed there for 15hours no help, small kids were hungry no food ,no water , we were stuck in the middle of freestate no where .

Enjoyed nothing it come late 4 hours after the actual Time and we arrived late 5hours after the arrival time.

The bus was late, we stopped three times because the bus got stuck and arrived verrry late to our destination! Very horrible experience!
