The bus was late and it was raining there is no office at ultra city , before we reached Johannesburg we were moved to another bus we shaped and as a result I lost all my cosmetics again on my way back to mtata I took the same bus departure time was 19:30 and the bus was 3hours late am still on the was pity I missed my interview which was at 10:00 am , if I knew I could have taken another bus, I will never ever book the apm again

My bus Departure was at 1:30pm but it came around 4pm.. the bus stopped for 1 hr as the driver crashed into another car and still I haven't reach to my destination and I have lost my flight as well

There was absolutely nothing to enjoy about the trip, what irritated me worse was your selfish employees, they made me pay R150 for extra luggage but along the way people had more luggages than mine but they didn't pay a penny, to a point the luggage compartment was full some passengers had to board with their luggages. I'm never using intercity again in the near future good luck with your old buses.

This was going to be my first time with this bus but instead when I got to the station they gave us Luvalo bus and nothing was explained as to what has happened and why was the bus changed.
