We traveled from Port Elizabeth at 1:00 PM on an extremely hot bus. Despite several stops for passenger pickups over a period of approximately six hours, we were not allowed to get out for fresh air. We were only given a 15-minute break later that night in Queenstown. We arrived 2hr late in Johannesburg. Bus was for 1:00pm - 7:54am

There was no bathrooms so when asked to use a bathroom they made us wait almost 3hrs before the next stop.. When they did stop, the bus drove off leaving 20 passangers in panic and only returned 45min later for pick up.
