Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Durban

I didn’t not quite enjoy because lights were on the whole way and I couldn’t sleep and rest

Very bad the breakdown caused us to spend more ours on the road resulting in late arrival and transport challenges.

It was good. Only disadvantage was the seating arrangement. The seats are too close to each other and I was sitting next to an obese person which made the whole trip uncomfortable and unenjoyable.

I didn't like anything Firstly the bus was last, Secondly the bus broke down and we were told to wait an hour for the following bus it was my first time with them I guess it will be the last time cause I can't go 12 hours from joburg to Durban

The bus was late ,we were shuttled to their depot and into the big bus ,got stuck in the city more than a hour and half. The toilet is filthy and smelly. Got a breakdown in PMB and only arrive in Durban after 5pm

The driver's keep the time..got to Durban earlier than we should've,but it wa a smooth drive... Loved that the bus was warm... Please fix the charging ports Thanks

The bus was scheduled to leave the Johannesburg station at 7:30 am and arrive at the Durban station at 2:40 pm but left at 7:50 am and arrived at 17:00. The driver was asked to enter Maritzburg to pick up commuters because their bus had broken down. At the arrival the "broken bus" had left. The message wasn't communicated timeously

Everything besides the fact that if the seats had space ebough to lean back and mmakke it easier to sleep without mmaking the person behind uncomfortable

The bus we were meant to take arrived 80% full and we were told to wait for another one. We were then placed in an entirely different bus (Stabus), grades below what we paid for without the amenities we paid for.

I enjoyed the trip the bus was warm and the drivers were good in terms of driving.

Always overbooked, overpriced but the conditions of the bus are far from decent. Always late, and then the driver speeds down the N3 so he can try to make it to his destination in time. This guy stopped at an engen garage to fill up in the Free State, we spent about 20mins there. He STILL drove into the Montrose halfway stop and parked another 30mins. The way he sped down to Durban after that, I could feel my heart pumping outside of my chest. I think I even heard him on the phone with a fellow driver a couple of times, yeah no thanks.

U have the best drivers and the toilet was clean but there was no charging points

I enjoy it although it stopped twice having mechanical issues. Unfortunately drivers were not interested to explain the problem to passages, but maybe it a rule

It was not indicated that the bus will go via Pinetown on booking it. I was very late at work as l expected bus to arrive in Durban at 05:35. It arrived an hour later than the time on the ticket

The bus was late with an hour, it looks so old and the seats had issues when adjusting them. No toilet in the bus.

It’s 09:53 21 September and I’m still in the bus in Harrismith, had the bus gotten to Park station on time instead of an hour and a half late, we would’ve gotten ahead of the snow storm

There was no bus … they are scammers!!!

The bus came an hour late and didn’t even drive into the bus station to drop us off, it was raining!

Firstly I did not know that the bus does not get inside the park station like other buses. Had i have not asked about its parking i was gonna be left behind. It is not safe in the boomgate where it parks. We were sent sms's advising of the delay. It was a 9pm bus however it delayed to 10pm. We were transported by an SMT bus and not by an APMCW bus that we booked and there was no explanation for the changes. The trip was horrible. The bus had windows that did not close properly. It was extremely cold. There was dust all over and the driver was rude

Desatisfied. Bus arrived late and was not in good condition and was not properly branded

The bus didn’t arrive we were all taken to other buses. Ended up leaving with APM bus more than two hours later. The stuff did not even have the decency to give us an update on where their bus was. The fact that they considered passengers that booked online and at shoprite as less priority disgusts me the most.

Worst bus ever. It was 2 hours late and pickup point is at a dodgy, dirty corner outside of Park Station. Let this bus be the last/emergency option.

People who were on that bus no one will ever buy your tickets again we all were angry and disrespect Ed. Poor service.

Nothing! I did not enjoy, it was horrible, 2 hours late in the morning and 2 hours late to arrive in Durban 😒

I didn’t enjoy anything the bus didn’t pitch, we had to travel using min buses and also they didn’t give the driver tollgates money. We had to wait for the manager to deposit tollgates money, bus was supposed to depart from park station at 21:00 but we ended up departing at 00:55. They must remove vilamora, we didn’t even sms to say the bus is late and they are organising transport for us.
