I thoroughly enjoyed the ride in the Intercity XpressMusic bus. The bus was neat and tidy and the driver was friendly and very interactive with all the passengers. He provided excellent customer service. I used to doubt the bus but I think I will be using it more often now. It's right up there on the same level as Greyhound and Intercape, but more affordable which is excellent.

We will die because of not having pit stop from umthatha to Durban u guys ate killing us . Also why so much heat in the buss we have to bag to get air-conditioned by why. Toilet need to be cleaned in every station hayngeke

Bus was late. We left Zimbabwe Roadport at 18:00 instead of the mentioned 15:30. And we had booked Intercity but got an Eagleliner bus instead. Despite the best efforts by the bus to make the trip enjoyable and safe, thr professional approach by management leaves a lot to desired
