Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Mthatha

The employees were very friendly but the bus was very cold and to make things worse I was sitting by something that brings air inside the bus so it was like I am outside although I was inside the bus it was very heartbreaking. I arrived home shaking.

The bus was not in a good condition. The charging spots were not charging, the bus was shaking from Bellville to Cape Town and delayed us 2 hours

Very bad experience. I was suppose to arrive at 1pm but I arrived at 7pm. The Bus was very cold. No communication from the Drivers.

The staff members are rude, it's slow takes to much time ,to many unnecessary delays.Tiring.

I didn't enjoy their service the bus was late we didn't received any sms telling us about delay, I'm in Cofimvaba as I'm writing here(11:32) but the bus was supposed to be in Mtata at 7:30

The bus was late , but the service was great and the drivers are friendly just that they didn't make time otherwise everything was very excellent 👌

My first time journey with Intercity was 👌 I really enjoyed the bus with caring drivers and am willing to use it on my next travel

Your service is very bad i took a bus from cape town 17:45 bus was arrived buy 19:00 iget home by 18:00 i don't think i will take intercity bus its better to go to taxi rank 🤞🤞🤞

The seats a very comfortable, I'm happy with that. One driver is driving at a very high speed, the charging points are not working, the bus is cold with no heaters, some windows can't close properly and the wind is just coming in . Departure time was perfect, but arrival time was too late.

The drivers were very kind I enjoyed that. No music and charging point for cell phones were not working

Not much sure because I booked the bus for my kids All I can say the was no reason to worry at all

The bus was clean, nice and warm. What I didn't like was the toilet which was not that much clean, no soap and little water coming out to wash your hands. At do santizer if they is no water.

Ths bus was supposed to arrive at 6pm but no alao the driver was driving reckless all the way ans arrived 3 hours late at our destination

I booked my 2 boys 14 and 7 years old bus going to umtata ,the bus broke down just after 5 am till 14:30 the final manager to fix the bus and it stopped again just after Gcobo ,then they were transferred to taxis from Gcobo to umtata and the driver left them in the shell garage without even contacting the parent ,then I got a call from a stranger that was trying to help ,I won't use Makalana buses anymore I will recommend it to anyone

The standard of the bus is not what was promised, and we are still stuck in GraffReinet even now from 6 in the morning. The bus was late for the departure buy an hour and there was no communication whatsoever. Am very dissapointed and dissatisfied at the same time. It is my last time using your services.

I had the worst experience ever with Jobela a few days ago.i booked for 4 pm bus but it arrived at 8:35pm. No communication in between whatsoever. Bus dirty and smelly. They have seen, the last of me.

Bus was late about an hour. There was no update from them about it. I called a few times to find out but they did not pick up their phones

The bus delayed with no update and your drivers they do as they like they don't communicate with passengers let alone of charging us too much money for just a small lagguage

I didn't enjoyed for late caming and also stack for 2 hours bus does nt have Deseal

Everything was a mess it was supposed to depart at 6:30 but it arrived at 7:50 and departed past 8 at night, on top of that following day it stcuked at Gcobo for an hour we arrived at Mtata 14:30. I'm very disappointed shame

They cancelled the trip without notifying me , whereby I had to look for other options and to pay another amount

The sits are very comfortable so much I felt like i wasnt in a bus from 19:00-12:15

Very bad service.. They arrived with their shuttle 4hours late . we were waiting for a bus but they put us on a shuttle. How terrible

Did not like the fact that we made soo many stops to get the bus full and again we had to stop for an hour to wait for another bus for them to get to divide us according to our stops.😩😩

The was no charging places they weren’t working but at least the was a charging space in front , the people in the bus were so nice and kind especially the driver and others who were in charge of the bus , I enjoyed my trip

The bus didn't have a pleasant smell, it was stuffy and it smelt like pee. There were even cockroaches in the bus. The bus arrived and left late at the departure point. But along the road the driving was good.

I will never book Mavumisa even if it's R50 we were loaded in a small uncomfortable bus to take us to Laingnsburg where we waited for our for another bus. We supposed to be in Umthatha 10h30 in the morning but we reached there past 6 in the evening no more

Well, traveling with Mavumisa was fine, except that the bus arrived 2 hours late at our departure. Other than that, drivers are good. We were just held up by the traffic jam for 3 hours due to accident on the way.

The bus didn't come to cape town station and I had to wait for them to pick me at 10pm

I didn't enjoy anything, the bus was 2hrs late. We were supposed to arrive at 9am, but it's 1:17pm and we still on the road we'll probably arrive around 4pm if not 5pm I would never ever use this bus again it was my first and last time.

time waiting, i arrived at cape town station at 18:00 with my baby bus come after 21:00 very disappointed with NALEDI. I don't want to here anything about NALEDI really.
