What I appreciate about Flexi City is that the bus arrived early at the pick up point, which was convenient.however, I was disappointed with several aspects of the service. The bus did not have a toilet as promised, nor was there a facility to charge my phone. In addition, the air conditioning was not working. Most concerning was that passengers were transferred to a taxi on two occasions, with the explanation that the bus needed to return to Cape Town. This significantly affected the overall travel experience.

There were o charging ports, no air-conditioning. It was so hot and the driver were playing loud music which I've asked them to switch it off but they only done that for 20 minutes. Worst bus experience
