My journey with eagle liner was the most terrible journey ever. It was not the bus i booked for. They gave us a intercity bus with no windows that can open at all i literally cooked my whole journey through and the bus was very dirty aswell. Also no Aircon was working at all... It would've been okay if there was one or two windows atleast to open but nothing at all.. I'm sorry but ill never book with eagle liner again.

I arrived at Park Station two hours early for the 15:00 bus. First of all no security knew the liner/bus until we met a guy named Brian who told us that the bus was postponed to 5pm and we should wait. I waited until 5:30pm when Brian called us to queue for the ticket checking, at the queue we were surprised to be asked R50 for my mini bag. Fine after; we were directed to a no name bus and apparently it was a Luqman bus that had an overload passenger and LL VAYA AFRICA passengers were told to get out but the Brian guy made sure that we stayed regardless of the situation. Otherwise our drivers were nice

I did not enjoy at all,First the bus was late by 3 hours,I had a very small bag which was not weighted which had few socks inside and was charged 50 rands for, I was informed that I wasted my money because the busses where no longer allowed at park station and those people who informed me were very rude.I almost paid for another bus.
