Well the bus didn't leave until 22:45. 45 minutes after the booked departure time. I had booked a bus with charging points but the one I was put in didn't have them. Ohh right and on the way the bus broke down and we had to wait for over 3 hours for a fix.

My bus was supposed to arrive at park station 4pm instead I arrived at 8:30pm ,how can 1 bus travel 3 different provinces in one day , KZN to Mpumalanga to Gauteng, and this information was not included in my ticket

I had my personal reasons on booking intercape. Come to my time of departure another bus stand in for intercape bus.
It will be better if that can be clearly stated during booking time.
Drivers gave an element of not being familiar with the bus.
Two drivers keep that one up.
Time keeping also keep that up well done.
Volume was too high maybe for the safety reasons from the drivers side.
If that the case u can try some sort automatical alarm.

I didn't enjoy my trip at all, at first I booked a 9am bus to my surprise the 9am bus was over booked, second bus came 30 minutes late. What made it worst we reached Johannesburg parkstation at 19:40 instead of 16:55 that was on my ticket. The bus driver had no sense of urgency on bus stop, your staff lack customer service we loading our own bags. Bus had cockroaches please clean up your busses

Departure place was very much confusing as it mentioned durban station, beach front road, I was up and down trying to find this pick up point. To me durban station and beach front road are two separate places. The other thing is that departure time was said to be 21h30 but the bus only left at round about 22h20, which shows that time management is a big issue.

The bus was supposed to depart Durban station by 21:30 and it ended up leaving at 22:30 the guy from office was rude to us saying their bus always leave after 22:00 cz the company did not pay a loading bay and will have to wait for the gap after 22:00 and worst part we were forced o load our bags pressurising us to make it fast. After all the bus was in good condition and the driver treated us with respect & dignity

The bus came late and the office was very unpleasant, the bus was very slow and during the second half of the trip the driver refused to switch on the air-con and it was extremely stuffy and humid, when the passengers asked for the air-con to be switched on he refused. The drivers also took many unnecessary stops on the highways which delayed our arrival time, we arrived almost two hours late, I’m never taking this bus again! Very disappointing
