Time we took 9.15 bus saying it will be in Joburg by 16.30 but we arrived at 19.00 at Joburg we didn't have taxi's to Springs Kwa-Thema we had to bolt ,that is another money extra. We had to start at Depo to change the bus as it was smelling faces with the smell that we couldn't take and asking myself how couldn't it leave the Depo with that smell

My experience with intercity express was horrible . I got stuff at harrismith @2am-6am with my toddler. There was no communication or updates from the driver about the situation. we only got in the 2nd bus at 6:30 b reached Gauteng at 11:00 . Worst experience of my life.

The trip was Amazing however I was shocked that we didn’t stop at Montrose but we stopped at some garage. It been awhile taking a bus going to jhb. I guess things have changed .

Positive Bus was on time ,Driver navigated the bus very well in wet weather conditions & potholes.
Negative: Not being told in advance about other bus stops , not aware about the bus going to Vereeniging.
* Waisting time when one passenger (an elderly women)had hoped to be dropped in , she had to wait in another stop and it was raining.

I'm disappointed the kids travelled yesterday at 10:00 p.m and they arrived today after 8:00 a.m because the driver got lost on the way to Johannesburg please kindly look into the issue.
