The bus delayed and broke down on the way I called as we were over 4 hours late but the customer service team was unhelpful and rude did not come up with a solution instead they pinned the fault on us a customer’s I specifically requested that if the call drops again but no one called as I write this message I’m stranded at the garage trying to get transport to take me home

The ride was smooth but the driver and his assistant were both very rude to us as passengers to the point that they almost left one passenger behind at escort and made her run after the bus.
