ALSA User Reviews
ALSA receives praise for its clean and comfortable buses, with many journeys being on time. Passengers appreciate the helpful drivers and smooth rides. However, some reviews mention issues such as unclear boarding instructions, lack of toilet facilities on certain routes, non-functional WiFi or chargers at times, and occasional communication challenges from staff regarding seating arrangements or platform information.
The good: friendly and helpful staff, comfortable seats, brilliant Wi-Fi onboard so streaming Netflix was possible without glitching even once. Easy charging stations at each seat. The less good: not a problem with ALSA but the route means late night stops in places where shops and cafes are shut so only vending machine junk is available. In general, a comfortable journey, which is saying something after a 12 hour trip!

The bus was fine once I boarded . There were no visual information stating at which platform the bus departed from and staff to direct customers to their bus. No clear announcements in Spanish regarding which stop we were at. Even the Spanish didn't know where to get off.
