Paulinah is a chronic person and before departing she asked the driver to take her treatment from her suitcase and they didn’t want to open it for her and she ended up without anything when in the Bellville station asked if this is the correct station to get off and another driver told her that he’s there to drive not to give directions. Got assistance from other passengers

I didn't like the fact that the arrival time was totally unacceptable, it was supposed to arrive at 07:35am but it arrived at Cape Town at 09:16am and I had an interview at 10:00am. My interview was at DP Marais Hospital from 10:00-11:00
