Paulinah is a chronic person and before departing she asked the driver to take her treatment from her suitcase and they didn’t want to open it for her and she ended up without anything when in the Bellville station asked if this is the correct station to get off and another driver told her that he’s there to drive not to give directions. Got assistance from other passengers

I didn't like the fact that the arrival time was totally unacceptable, it was supposed to arrive at 07:35am but it arrived at Cape Town at 09:16am and I had an interview at 10:00am. My interview was at DP Marais Hospital from 10:00-11:00

Good quality bus, but too much delays. We were suppose to leave Pretoria at 5pm, but only left 10pm. And the bus had problem is on the way. We only arrive in Cape Town the next day 7:30pm. , when we we suppose to arrive 11am
