It was horrible I booked a bus for 4:30 pm yesterday in Pretoria it delayed with 2 hours, when we get to Johannesburg parkstation we were told to get off and wait for our bus that will arrived in 45 minutes little did we know that we are being fooled we waited for 4 hours then we were told that the bus has a break down after 4 hours of waiting then we were informed that we will get another bus yoooo the bus we got had a very bad smell of toilet and we were told that the bus will drop us at Mentrose garage. Mind you I was suppose to report on duty at 7:30am yet we arrived at 12pm. I regret using APM bus shem not even my family member will ever use it again their service is very poor.
