The driver was nice. but the chairs were uncomfortable plus the aircon in the front sit can’t be adjusted, which was hard as i was travelling with a toddler who has flue. but the driver agreed to switch it off from time to time

Our bus stopped in the middle of nowhere. It died, the driver did not announce to any of us inside the bus ukuthi what's happening. What kind of service is this? I had a work gig to attend where I was traveling to that night. If the bus is being delayed why are we not informed this was ridiculous and inconsiderate of your customers. Very disappointed. Then it started raining and water was dripping down on me from the windows curtain. Terrible.

Driver was an amazing person the bus left at the right time, however the tyre bursted around 10pm while at Gauteng then we had to wait for the mechanic to come fix which he came 3am. We were supposed to arrive in dbn 4:30 but ended arriving at 11:00am. Very disappointed

The bus was not comfortable and smells very bad. It was 1hr20 late. The return bus went via Vereeniging which means arrival time on the ticket was misleading

This bus was 1hour 30 minutes late and there was no communication. We were supposed ever to Durban at 5pm however we got to Durban at 8pm. I was almost left at Montrose and had to run behind the bus.The charging pod doesn’t work, most of us were complaining.

Firstly I did not know that the bus does not get inside the park station like other buses. Had i have not asked about its parking i was gonna be left behind. It is not safe in the boomgate where it parks. We were sent sms's advising of the delay. It was a 9pm bus however it delayed to 10pm. We were transported by an SMT bus and not by an APMCW bus that we booked and there was no explanation for the changes. The trip was horrible. The bus had windows that did not close properly. It was extremely cold. There was dust all over and the driver was rude
