1stly the bus was late for over two hours. Passages were send to line up to the bus terminal and there was no bus. A city liner employee came saying there is an issue with the bus and should be there within 15 minutes and left us standing for two hours with no further updates some of the passengers canceled their tickets due to the unprofessional handling of the matter. Communication is key and word of mouth brings shame to your company's name.

The bus was clean, and quiet, and the drivers very friendly. The only reason for not being satisfied is that the bus stopped very often, for unnecessary long periods, making us 2 hours late at our destination. It would have been 5 stars if they had stuck to the schedule.

Very little space, everytime we stopped it took them 30 min to get their stuff together did not work with the time correctly. Was supposed to be at my location at 7pm only got the 9pm.
