Big Sky service was very good the only dissatisfiying experience was from Wolmaranstad until Kimberley the bus heaters was switched off and we got very cold until Kimberley.

The bus is lovely, the ride was great, but the seats aren't comfortable for the spine as it curves which hurts but other than that I love the bus!

The trip was not what I had expected. I'd initially thought it would be so bad after I saw the reviews on the 9th of July but it was just fine. The bus came on time from our place of departure, Johannesburg and was delayed by at least 2 hours in arriving to our place of destination, Kimberley. The trip was just fine.Thank you.

It's a fairly good bus, we left park station a bit late though, the stops were not enough and a lot of people were pressed.
