Eagle Liner have a bad service , lack of time and they made us to use national express bus instant of eagle liner and they employees are not organized and very rude .

Bus was clean and the driver was super amazing, he would check if everybody is back from every stop we take and also the bus was on time even though my seat wasn't inclining but that was not a train smash. I did not know where i was going and i missed my stop, if only I heard the driver shouting to each stop I wouldn't have got lost
