Dear Intercape Consultant,
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The bus I originally booked was changed without my consent and I was transferred to a much poorer bus that was extremely cold throughout the journey.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I was never given any explanation for why I was moved to another bus, despite having paid a significant amount of money for my original booking. This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect what I expected when I made my reservation.
I would appreciate a clear explanation for this change and an appropriate resolution to this matter.

Had a very bad experience the bus got stuck even before we left jhb, we were stuck for 3 hours waiting for another bus. We booked a 6pm departure but ended up leaving Jhb @ 21:50.

I didn't enjoy staying under a windows which is not covered for traveling a long distance n don't have space to charge my phone
The service has undergone changes, including a color change from red to white and an extended shelter for passengers in Germiston. Intercity Xpress died 10 minutes away from park station and the was no communication for almost an hour. They then informed us that we will wait for another bus. The bus was Eagle liner of which if I wanted it I could've booked it. Instead of leaving Joburg at 7pm we left at 9pm without any communication from the bus service provider.
