Had a very bad experience the bus got stuck even before we left jhb, we were stuck for 3 hours waiting for another bus. We booked a 6pm departure but ended up leaving Jhb @ 21:50.

I enjoyed the fact that it was on time even though it wasn’t on time as scheduled but I understand it was because of circumstances like traffic and rain. I did not like the fact that the air-corn was on all the time, I was feeling cold.
The service has undergone changes, including a color change from red to white and an extended shelter for passengers in Germiston. The experience was horrible! They advertised a toilet and wifi but of course that was a lie. There was no heater/aircon, could not open the windows, and we had to switch buses at 1:30am, wait in the streets for half an hour in the freezing cold, because the the bus had mechanical faults and was unsafe to continue our trip. We also did not get breaks to get food or relieve ourselves for over 9 hours! In summary, DON'T DO IT!
