At Queenstown they were taken to another bus that was from east london goung to jb. After that was sorted there was an issue that some passengers going to cape town did not have seats in the bus. Makalala did us bad, I booked a ticket from Mtata to Cape Town and I ended up in crossroad. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get into a shuttle that took an hour because the driver could not use the GPS.
I think Makalala Transport can do better by not giving false information to clients.

Bus left on time which is gud but there were unnecessary stops not communicated with clients in the wilderness, sometimes we will be informed when they are done or not at all, but was too hot during the day and too cold at night only bottom but on the deck they were sweating. Service busses in order to circumvent losing your clientele, small things may lead to something serious and that's not what we want, we love using jobela services.
