They sent me message telling that bus will depart at 18h00 and my ticket was written 18h30, but when I get there to check in 17h40 they told me that bus will now depart at19h00.
After that the bus delayed another 1hour so it departed past 8.

I was very disappointed when I arrived at Joe Gqabi bus station without a bus present and there was no communication if it wasn't with other bus companies staff who tried by all means to help me out I would have missed my trip. However, the guy from mini mobile couldn't provide proper assistance because the minibus that carried us asked for R900 more which Zwayi from mini mobile bus said he cannot afford he then asked me to pay half and he'll pay another half (R450) which was unplanned but I had to make a plan for the trip to be successful. I really felt very bad.
