driver was not audible enough for people to hear their names being called or where we were . The system of checking names of people and allowing them in the bus was actually very very slow as it was done on a problematic cellphone by the driver.

Eagle liner drivers changed us to another bus which seemed very rural or local for my liking (GAUTENG COACHES) then it didn’t drop us off at Johannesburg park station as we booked . VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED . i would like to post about it on social media and mention how much the drivers failed to communicate and just told everyone what to do without stating reasons .

I’m so very disappointed Eagle Liner. Left us at Butterworth station because it was full and there was no feedback on what’s going to happen next and we had to sleep at the police and booked another bus for 11th January 2026.
