I enjoyed the service we got but i didn't like the bus arriving late at our destination

The bus came late and delayed due to break down. we did not recieve any communication. we just notice the bus stoped and truck blocked us. bad experience in deed.

I must say everything was excellent except the fact the the toilet was blocked or something, smelly too. To make matters worse the bus had no heater we froze from Butterworth to Joburg and the bus was an hour late🤦🏾‍♀️

Apm bus was 5 hours late... The office number was never answered when I tried to contact them. It was a bad experience especially since it was my first time booking the bus.

My trip was very bad it was soo late by 4 hours and no one even apologized for that and it took us only to leave us in another town for hours...its really not a good bus

Terrible, the bus arrived late and then when it arrived it took both jhb and cpt, for us to be separated in Komani, upon arrival at Komani we were told that our bus is on the way and we must get off, the bus arrived a little over an hour later. Would not recommend this bus. APMWC

Driver's don't care about passangers, we packed bags on our own. The bus doesn't have toilets, the list is endless.

I enjoyed the service so much, because they treated us good, and everything that we asked for it was given, for eg when it was hot we asked for an air conditioner, and it was given, every good job

The drivers driving skills are magnificent we must give them that but his level of arrogance is boring and our tickets are in our phones so the bud should have charging areas so that wen we get to our distinctions we call our people to fetch us

. I'm impressed with the speed bus and the driver's attitude towards the passenger, what I'm not impressed with is the smell

The bus has toilet and it was smelling bad from Eastern Cape to Johannesburg the service was good but the toilet 💔🚮

Ooh what a lovely trip I had.Bus was warm,comfortable,drivers so sweet.Most importantly it got to my destination on scheduled time.Very safe driving,I felt like I was flying first class 😆

The bus arrived 3 hours after the stipulated time. Nobody bothered to warn us that the bus would be late. It was greatly disappointing and inconveniencing.

I was waiting from 3:30pm till 8:00pm and the bus didn't show. And the number on the ticket shows 24 hours but it goes straight to voice mail

The bus didn’t show up on Sunday

I don't have any interest to use it again, sorry!
