The bus was an hour late,had issues for 2 hours along the way ,we then got another bus in EL several stops due to mechanical issues.Time of arrival was delayed by 5 hours😭Drivers were not communicating anything to us ,everytime it had issues we didn’t get informed what was happening .I am very disappointed in their service

Firstly the bus was not comfortable it was a shuttle with no toilet worse of all the driver was bad on the road bumping us didn't know the way properly, we waited for 2hrs at petrol station he didn't have money to pay for diesel what a bad experience.
