Our bus had a lil incident and had to stop for four hours,we called multiple times begging for H20 only to be told will get to buy when the new bus gets to us and takes us to the next stop,the company could have just sent water with the new driver...

Staff is not friendly at all ,nor helpful, the attitude they give when addressing something is so shocking , it looks like they are not happy to work there and they are forced. even when they are telling the passengers the stations that they are in they speak so softly so that you dont hear them
