Bus from Cape Town to Pretoria: Tickets & Timetables

I appreciate that the bus was on schedule. The seat was uncomfortable; the seat should be able to be pulled more forward. It was too laid back, and it was straining my back.

Extremely helpful drivers. Was travelling with a 2 year old and 72 year old. Clean bus, clean toilet and air-condition from start to finish

The bus had a breakdown and unfortunately the replacement bus took more than 6 hours to arrive.

The bad smell and cocroaches in the bus, the continuous use of air on for 20h45min it was too much.

My journey was good don't have many complaints though the seats covers are now worn out and some ports not properly charging and most seats did not have 🍸 glass holder trays

I enjoyed the easy checkin and also the buses are always clean and on time. I however prefare the double decker to the new i6

They change bus time and dont notify us and refuse me to use the same ticket let me purchase another ticket

When the bus arrived in Joburg both didn't know directions to Bosman saying is their 1st time taking this trip

The bus was scheduled to leave Capetown bus terminus at 17:00 we waited for the bus for 2 good hours no update no apology no communication what a frustrating event and I i considered it my last journey with that bus company

The bus was old and had no toilet it's very dissapointing and annoying to travel a long distance with such a bus

They were very keen on time, but I didn't like the fact that the seats were not comfortable

The drivers must consider that some passengers do not speak their language. Hurrying passengers at when they stop for break

Everything about it exceeded my expectations. The seats were comfortable, the air from the AC was very fresh and cool. But most of all, they were very punctual which really means a lot for passengers.

Better than I thought it would be . That’s the first time I’ve had such a good long distance traveling experience. I’d definitely use inter city again proper 6 star experience

Signals at a very high pitch, loud and continue for more than 15 seconds at a time. Not expectable for epilepsies! I broad my health conditions under attention of the driver. His answer was fasten your seatbelt. It did not solve the problem.

The bus had issues from before we left Cape Town it was delayed to 2 from the original departure time due to a safety issue with the rear tyres , now we are stuck again right before Bloemfontein and nothing is being done with the issue

Myself and my minor children waited 9 hours for the bus. We waited at Bellville station only to find out at 21:50 that we had to be in Capetown. Delta couches are very unprofessional they can drop off in bellville but don't pickup at the same place. The bus had no toilet, no aircon and no charging stations. We drove from Capetown to Pretoria in such conditions. I am very disappointed for what they made myself and my children go through. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The service was bad. I booked 04:10 bus but it only got to the station at 22:15. Instead of arriving at Bossman at 09:15am, i arrived at 18:45. It is not time convenient. The bus doesn’t have charging ports.

Very nice and comfy travelled in Intercape buses and its sister company bus big sky both were comfortable

We didnt get enough time to buy breakfast from cape town to Pretoria With only 2 rest my legs are sore

The driver was so nice, bus was very comfortable and all the charging points where working well. We arrived earlier than the time set. I will definitely use the bus again

The bus never showed up

We couldn't find the bus and had to purchase another ticket.
