Im more impressed by the company putting us clients 1st by ensuring we sat alone on a row. A seat next to mine was marked off (not sitting) the company is limiting the number if passengers to help curb Covid rather than push profits & fill the buses to capacity

The service was not bad. Besides the bus being late and people not wearing their face masks.
Passengers generally appreciated the comfortable seating and smooth rides provided by Citiliner, with many highlighting the politeness and professionalism of drivers. Timeliness was also noted positively in several reviews. However, some users mentioned issues such as dirty seats, lack of charging ports on certain buses, limited food options at stops, and occasional ticketing discrepancies that affected their experience.

Everything was great the only problem is the bus was too hot and some people just wanted the air conditioner off, I’m definitely sitting next to the window with the next travel

1. The bus toilet wasn't closing. 2. Arrival time was delayed by more than 1hr30 minutes without any legitimate reason. The unexplained delay caused me loose an important meeting that was ultimately cancelled by the client costing me a lucrative business deal. 3. No apology from the bus company and their client service was absolutely not helpful but instead rude. Disappointed with the service, other than that the bus was clean and comfortable.

Bus arrived at pickup point on departure time. In one town, at a crossing, bus stood still idling for about 30min before bus driver came to tell us the suspension of the bus is locked/broken and we have to waite for technician. Door was also jammed in the process and we could not get off. 5 min later the bus started moving again. My usb charging port did not work. No toiletpaper in toilet. Button/switch to flush toilet didn’t work. No water in toilet to wash hands. We arrived 1 and a half hours later than arrival time. Bus driver was friendly and I did feel safe on the journey
