We were put on big sky instead of the mainliner, the smell was so terrible, we had to go see the doctor as we got sick a few hours after arriving in Durban.

I enjoyed the ride it's was smooth no rushing. I didn't enjoy that there's only one stop.

Enough sitting space. Comfort. Cleanliness. Driver was friendly. What i did not like is that the bus lights did not go off. Again, the temperature was either extremely hot or extremely cold.

Nothing the experienced was horrible the bus was cold and the driver was driving on a high speed he only turn on the heater when we left Maritzburg we arrive in Durban the bus was then warm after we complained the whole night.

The driver was very quick and love the fact we arrived an hour earlier , but the bus heater was not working including the bathing room and I was very disappointed with that because I have never came across such ever since I started using intercity express

Worst 13+hours in my life and travelling with a toddler and having to be in the bus so long was not only exhausting but also something no person expected .

My experience wasn't nice, the new buses has small seats, so i was cramped the whole time i couldn't move, and it was very cold i was sitting next to the window it was like it open or something the wind has been blowing me, which is not the first time this has happened, please check your windows a person can die for air blowing with a nine hours distance, I've been disappointed, even now am still tired my body is stiff that was a horrible experience for me

It was a safe trip . The drivee was perfect. But can u put heaters please we almost died frm cold

They are very unprofessional and very disorganized, they overbooked and didn't have extra busses to accommodate us , we had to wait for hours in the cold for transport at a secluded location with no place to buy food or relieve ourselves. Very inhumane.

The bus was clean drivers where friendly aircon was in good condition everything was 100%

Charging points are not working and are not accommodating someone with c-type charger.
