Bus from Pretoria to East London: Tickets & Timetables

The seats were not easily adjustable...I ended up having a backpack,please do so maintenance

I enjoyed the comfortable sitting 😌 ☺️ and I disappointed no heater it was cold 🙃 😫

What I didn't like was when we told the driver that we were feeling cold because the air conditioner was on. He responded by saying we needed fresh air and continued to run the air conditioner, even though we were uncomfortable. Despite this, the overall experience was good. However, I also didn't appreciate that we stopped at a petrol station for no apparent reason while we were already running late, and they never communicated to us why we made that stop.

Very bad the bus was late at park station and it was dripping water from the roof ..there were too many stop and go in the middle of nowhere

Being put upstairs eith my 5year old cz at night she must go to the toilet try to comprise for parents those are dangerours when its dark holding a child in your hand...The driving I enjoyed the chairs where comfortable

the bus was comfortable and the driver maintained safety precautions. there was an aircaircon mulfunction, we froze for 6 hours Kroonstad to Queenstown

I was sleeping like a child it was smooth ride and i expect toilets but none but bus driver provided toilet and food stops Not all charging ports were working but we enjoyed But the bus was really dirty the sits It was uncomfortable because the heat under the bus at the back seat was really hot and bad, anyway the aircon covered that but i enjoyed .

Friendly drivers, very clean and warm bus with good charging parts for all passengers I recommend their service 🥰

Unserviced buses that shutdown for hours in the middle of the road . Very very bad service , don’t know why they don’t just close the company

Good morning the intercity experience was fair, the issue was the toilets they didn't meet hygienic standards. It was a dilemma they were not clean and didn't have water despite that bus drivers were good 💯

Your driver left me behind cos the bus supposed to depart at 5pm but it just left before that so so disappointed shem never lie .meaning I just throw away my money in to the river just like that

I did not enjoy anything about the ride. Bus took almost 24 hours, it stinks of urine, it delayed us as it was heating so now we had to make stops and wait for it to cool off, had a tire issue at Bloem and it took 3 hour to fix. Left Joburg station at 8pm and arrived in EL at 2pm,that’s not normal. Bad bad experience even with the drivers

Am still on the road the bus has problems even now it stopped. Am hungry Am tired this is horrible, why do these people put buses that shouldn't be on the road on the road? Do they have no value for human life at all, no care for people. No amount patience can deal with this it's horrible. The bus doesn't even have place to charge a phone. Phones are low on battery because we been on the road for far too long. This should be a crime.

The bus was extremely late,we left Bosman (Pretoria)at 9pm instead of 5. There was little to no communication about the cause of the delays. We(people going to East London) were treated like we were not priority and didn't pay for our trip. They prioritized Mthatha and Cape Town. Even on the way, they almost made us get off so that they can only take the Mthatha people (again)I am never booking Delta again!!!

The bus was an hour late. At Park Station, we waited an hour for the other bus to arrive. All in all, a 3hour delay without even leaving Gauteng.. On the road, bus was making unnecessary stops, picking up random passengers on the road with little regard to the passengers. A full 19hours on the road. Terrible service all round!6

It was very cold on the bus, even when they "supposedly" switched on the heater. That would be the only bad thing. Otherwise, I had a satisfactory ride to my destination

The bus was comfortable and the bus tenders were very professional and courteous. I just made the mistake of selecting a bus that goes past Mthatha while I wanted to travel straight to East London.
