Sindbad receives praise for its friendly staff and overall pleasant travel experience. Passengers appreciate the efficient service, even when a bus transfer is necessary, as the connecting buses are ready upon arrival. However, some travelers noted that certain buses were smaller than expected and lacked windows, which could be uncomfortable for those with breathing issues.

This was our first such use of Sindbad, so our anxiety level was a bit up, as we set off. However, everything appended thing happened as it should have happened with schedule and transfers, and we gained confidence in the process as we progressed. One thing that was a little unsettling was the driver’s verbal instruction as we pulled into a stop. It often was spoken very quickly and no always clearly audible and we were concerned we may have missed something important. A quick conversation with another passenger, however, helped us to fill in what we did not understand. We would definitely do this again, especially as we now have a better expectation of the way it works.
