The driver was very good and caring person. He was very experienced and friendly. We had a smooth drive from London to Lille. However, the toilet on the coach wasn't working and locked for passengers used or access. This is a serious health and safety issue and needs to be addressed ASAP by the company. Passengers well-being is paramount and basic necessities like toilets and rubbish bins facilities are a must during an eight hours journey on the coach. Therefore, the company should addressed the above with immediate effect. I reserve the right to bring the above to the environmental authority and or care standards authority.

The bus is arrived 2 hours later , the bathroom is out of service, there’s no charging sockets and no WiFi the only good things in this trip is the driver is very friendly

Good overall but did not expect the mini buses instead of a proper coach. Space was quite limited.

I booked ticket to Lille but the destination changed to Paris and bus driver initially refused me to board (due to different destinations)
I boarded to that bus to Paris after conversation but I had to pay huge additional cost from Paris to Lille.
