Very much poor service intercape does not care anymore about their customers bcz we suppose departure at 17:30pm only at 18:15pm they told us the bus need to be fixed then bus departure at 20:10pm for a 17:30pm bus no apologies for the inconvenience no sms nothing we got stuck again in Beaufort west 2hrs full

Their service very friendly and professional service my mommy was very happy with their service

Nothing actually but there was a delay but other than that it was a good experience. I would love to try it again.

To be honest I enjoyed the trip and it suprise me it was quicker to compare with a departure time

Everything to me on this Journey was enjoyable time and safest at the bus and care with the Drivers

The bus was over 3 hours delayed, no communication was shared with any of the travellers. The bus assistants/coordinators in Bellville were drunk.

I enjoy everything and the driving the drivers where perfect also i arrived on time at Queenstown

My experience was good, the seat were nicely adjustable to my comfort, the drivers were nice. One thing I didn't like was the inside was dirty and an awful smell so that was so uncomfortable.

My trip was really heartbreaking, and I was withdrawn the entire trip from Cape Town to Queenstown. Passengers were drunk and chaotic, drivers did nothing about that as they turned a blind eye.

Bus run smooth and the drivers are friendly but the bus was so cold we were literally freezing the whole trip to Queenstown and that just not it.

The bus didn't even arrive in Cape Town, got home at 21h00 after waiting for more than 5 hours for the bus, and tje office phone is not answered

The bus was 1 and half hours late. It was cold and the internal lights not working

Very bad experience. The bus was too late and they do not even notice about late arrivals. The bus is very cold heater doesn't function. Late arrival at destination. Very very very bad experience.

I enjoyed everything about Gxaweni bus the seats 💺 it was luxury it was like am sleeping in my own bed

Bus was late arrive 3 hour late at my destination

Waiting period is too long, had to be transferred to another vehicle which is very small in space . The bus was suppose to depart at 7pm in CPT but we left around 9pm which is such an inconvenience. I'm very disappointed 😞

As soon as we left the bus station our bus got stuck by the robots at civic center we spent 4 hours waiting for another bus to arrive even though the bus came late to get us at the station. We got another but that is very hot and clumsy l, charges for our bag were so high after spending so much money for booking the tickets

It was extremely bad bus broke down we waited 5 and a half hour for another bus drivers extremely inconsiderated will never ever make use of this bus again

U can't press ur phone while u r on Road becouse no charge input on the bus, have to switch of my phone nd open when I wanna inform my family am traveling safe, that's the only thing

I waited for an hour the bus a no show, no communication. Later on we told that all Badela buses went to moria so they hired a different bus. The hired bus was slow and so cold. Charging pots few were working and there was no bathroom. Worst experience

The worst service I have ever received. The bus was 4 hours late with no communication from those in charge. They told me to not get on the bus I was on and I got onto a different bus because they gave my seat to someone else and I had to wait for another bus. The bus then broke down and we spent close to an hour hoping for someone to help us.

Firstly, that was not the bus I booked. Staff were not communicating with us when the bus stops and they will even stop in the middle of nowhere. The bus also delayed for 2 full hours.

The bus was cancelled and they informed passengers late that the bus was not in a good condition but they organized the taxi to take us and I travel safe to my arrival destination.

Wasn't happy that instead of the bus expected there comes an Iveco which is totally different from the real bus

We ended up using a different transport not the bus I was expecting and without proper communication. The charged us to much for luggage 300 rand while scale was 90 rand

Very bad.bus was late, bus very old , got stuck in Tarkastad. Had to get people to fetch me. Very bad experience and trip. So disappointed

It was a very horrific situation first the bus arrived late in a very bad state I have never seen a long distance transport in that way combined eastern cape with joburg and expect us to change by ourselves without no help from them . The NOBLE BUS should never been allowed to operate period .

The bus was too slow and old. It kept on standing out of nowhere and made us delay for a whole 3 hours it also arrived late at the pick up point.

Illula bus service is very bad, buses are always very late, unforeseen charges whereby a person is charged a huge amount for his/her normal bag/luggage case a person can be charged R300extra
