Badela receives praise for its punctuality and friendly staff, with many customers enjoying their trips. Additionally, there were mentions of discomfort due to high temperatures inside the bus and challenges with ticket printing at certain locations.

I enjoy the travelling speed with Badela and their clear communication inside the bus. This time I did not like the fact that Badela arrived 2hours later from the agreed time on ticket on no apologies and no clear communication on whether the bus is still coming or not. I also noticed that drivers do not sleep I heard it from their conversations, that is putting our lives in danger as they need to rest and be ready for a long distance.

The bus i booked forced us into a dirty bus from a different company. Reason being we were only half the bus capacity, there for their bus can not travel to Cape town when it is not full

I do not even have words to explain how dissatisfied I was fisrtly the ticket I booked was from cape town to umtata anyway I tryed to reachout for help, but the person that was inpostion to help was so unhelpful
