I am writing to express my concern about the hygiene conditions of the toilet on your bus. On my recent trip, I noticed a strong and unpleasant odor emanating from the toilet area from the first departure point. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have this experience. Please have necessary measures to ensure toilets are cleaned.
