It would be helpful to announce people by name that are getting off at different stops as people do sleep or have loud speaker It painful to see someone missed stop because he slept now he gets off in the middle of no where to try hike back which is not safe or assist to get a connecting bys going his direction at the next stop Please dont do that to people Otherwise I didn't have a problem tnx

It was bad this time around...bus ha smoke coming out of it ,got us so scared, we only had one stop and it was so cold inside the bus. We kept going back and forth to tell the driver to turn on the AC
