Bus was suppose pick me up at 9pm but it was 4 hours late, I arrived at my destination at 13:00 instead of 8:00 am therefore I missed my appointment for the Day and driver told us he had wiper problem

The bus arrived before the stipulated time and did not bother to call me. I then asked at half past 6 where the bus was from the Eagle liner bus driver and they called and I was told that the bus was already m Grahamstown, which is roughly two hours away from Port Elizabeth and my bus ticket was for 5:35am.

I didn't enjoy anything cause the bus left without me I tried calling the office but the person who responded was very rude and I had to book other ticket without my other ticket
