Drivers are nice and welcoming but they never announced their stops yet we had first time travellers. They kept asking us where we are. This is unfair not to announce. This was my second experience last time a dad and his little kids did not buy food for whole 8 hours because the bus stopped at engen garage and they know Monstrose but drivers did not announce that its 15 minutes break. They did the same yesterday. Had to help a passenger who missed Midrand stop because they are silent. Disturbing shame

Your new bus was clean and comfortable, my challenge is the 1 hour delay of the bus arrival,no communication with us as clients, playing hide and seek as to what's going on,dividing people of the same trip into 2 different buses as the 1st bus that left closer to scheduled time, wanted 8 people leaving the rest of us with confusion.

We arrived in Midrand over two hours later than the given arrival time and the driver only notified us of the timetable change on arrival. We asked at the bus station in Pietermaritzburg to confirm the arrival time and they confirmed the same time as given on the ticket However this time was 2 hours earlier than the “new” timetable. There was a huge inconvenience when arriving in Midrand in terms of transport from there. Very unprofessional and disappointing. The bus itself was very clean and the experience would have been a great one had the correct information been given.

Greyhound pitched instead of citiliner though the deats were comfortable, we only boarded the bus only after almost 2 hours of waiting and at the park station, there was a long wait while drivers were discussing our arrival fate, had to jump from bus to bus with our luggage's. That made a trip even worse, lost another hour there
