This thing of booking intercape bus and get a Touliner is definitely not on , it has happened twice now , that bus is very cold with no controllable aircons and it’s winter mind you , I am definitely not happy.

We were stuck in the middle of nowhere for four hours because the bus hit a person which was no fault of the driver. Since, the person came out of nowhere and tried to cross the freeway.

The bus arrived 45 minutes late and so I arrived home 45 minutes later than expected

The bus was ice cold and it was old ,it was uncomfortable riding with intercity.

The bus was cold, entrance door wouldn't close and the heaters were not operating. It was a long cold ride, and the bus was delayed

The driver was excellent in all avenues, comfortable seating. I had an all round great experience.

I was so disappointed,, your service was not I was expected, the bus was not comfortable or suitable for long distance, sits were very hard which they made my body sore and tired

Horrible. The busses that arrived to pick us up were so uncomfortable. Those busses are not ment for long distance travel🚮. Horrible service, would not recommend to anyone

We got to our destination safe and sound. But had an issue in regards to the air conditioner not working, and the window seal was making a lot of noise when the bus was in motion. The driver was very friendly

I enjoyed everything it's just that we stacked someone the bus was having some problems, but everything was as good and I can't blame anyone one no one planed that

I didnt enjoy because drive takes another road from johhanesburg without our concern, he was rude, he gave us 10 minutes at montrose. He stopped all the way, he doesnt even let us know what was he doing.

The ride was safe, the driver was very pleasant and friendly and he always checked up on us

I feel like I was scammed. Boarded outside Park Station and felt very unsafe. Bus was scheduled for 9pm,we left after 22h30. The "staff" or helpers were all visibly drunk. The "luxury" bus was actually not even close to that. An uncomfortable bus with upright seats for a long distance trip. Then halfway the driver's bank card declined when time came to pay for fuel, another delay!

Bus was late no communicatio

The bathroom was smelling terrible & the charging ports were not working. this obviously has nothing to do with big-sky per-say but there were people drinking alcohol & making a noise throughout the whole night which was very unpleasant.

I have traveled 5 times this year to jhb and this was the quickest , most cleanness, comfortable bus I have been on. The service from the conductors were excellent

It was nice to use big sky as public transport especially for long distance,, it was convinient for me

Bus not clean and the driver kept playing with his phone

Their staff should learn to communicate properly with clients their bus drivers are rude

Arrived 40min late, they overbooked the bus. When it stopped at Harrismith bus was at capacity already and still took on passengers.3 too many. We arrived in Pietermaritzburg 2 hours after scheduled time. Driver and staff no care attitude no communication

It was my first and last time using Vilamora, I arrived in braamfontein at their offices 30 minutes ahead of what was supposed to be time of departure, 8:30 am, the bus only arrived at 9:30 am, no apology/update from the team on site or the drivers, after all that we were surprised to see that we are now going east to collect people at Lakeside mall, still no communication. I am fed up.
