There's absolutely nothing I enjoyed, i booked a bus that was supposed to depart 06h00 pm but the bus did not come at all until we were organised special bus that departed 09h00 pm. I realised the was hired to take us and the drop us in Laingsburg, from there we had to wait for the APMWC bus that was coming from EasyPay. We had to wait for 00:34 am up until 03h11 am

I booked my 2 boys 14 and 7 years old bus going to umtata ,the bus broke down just after 5 am till 14:30 the final manager to fix the bus and it stopped again just after Gcobo ,then they were transferred to taxis from Gcobo to umtata and the driver left them in the shell garage without even contacting the parent ,then I got a call from a stranger that was trying to help ,I won't use Makalana buses anymore I will recommend it to anyone

I did not enjoy the trip at all it was horrible. A white bus with no name and not road worthy, risk of my life. The bus had bugs was smelly and also had mouse. The drivers were not even bothered, very bad service. I arrived at my destination more than 10 hours late with no heads up,apologies or any care from the company instead they dropped our calls when we tried to call stuck in Queenstown for about 4 hrs. I want to lay a formal complaint as well.
