First of all the bus was untidy, the toilet inside was dirty and the door was not working properly. The drive it self was way too long, we left Cape Town at 19:00 arrived in EC just after 13:00 that was way too long more than 13 hours. I did not enjoy my journey home

They can't manage time. I was supposed to be at Mthatha by 9:30 a.m and the time is 18:09 p.m and I'm still heading to engcobo. Meaning I'll be at Mthatha by 8 p.m to 9 p.m. Horrible experience honestly.
