My experience was total bad, I was sitted with someone not concerned about my sit. He was occupying two chairs and the bus was full and drivers couldn't allow me to sit at front sit, because they don't allow anyone to sit there, the bus was full and I can't go anywhere except those two infront sit. I had very bad experience for the first time with intercape bus line. The guy was big with bags infront of the chairs and I complained but he didn't care. The drivers were supposed to help me but the didn't.

Bus was late by more than 8 hours and they didn’t bother updating us about the delay. Furthermore the bus was in a bad condition with resulted to it being impounded along the way & when we called the office/owner demanding a replacement bust to pick us up he simply switch of his phone and we had to fend for ourselves to get other means of transportation to get to Cape Town from Beaufort West, having to pay extra on goop of paying for bus ticket

Bus was very late Only arrived at 21h30 instead of 19h00. Booked with Delta bus as Class Luxury but got another Bus AMPW as Delta apparently broke down somewhere. The AMPW bus stopped along the route, and we had to use bush areas as toilets. Which is not save at all as my daughter is 7 months pregnant as well. This was the worst Bus trip ever, then we were not dropped off at our booked destination either we should have been dropped at Train Station Old Marine Drive but got dropped off at Tyger valley now had to spend extra to get to our destination. This is completely unexpectable. We were going to use the Delta to go back to our Hometown but will rather use other transport as this was very inconvenient. AMPW bus is not safe as it does not care about its passenger's safety by stopping anywhere instead of stopping at a garage or safe place to use a bathroom. Will never recommend your busses

Experience was very disappointing, the bus got delayed by almost two hours with no explanation or call to inform passengers and the ride from eastern Cape to Cape Town was unbearable, drivers do not know customer service it's like they doing us favors yet we are paying tickets with our hard earned money.. Delta needs to do better, communicate with customers, teach drivers customer service etc..

We traveled with an old bus that was overheating so we had to be on 'stop and go' and then mid way they changed us to a double decked bus which was alright, we drove nicely to Capetown.
