The waiting for another bus to transfer the passengers to it is wasting King , EL route passengers then getting to experience a bus going inside Mdantsane to Sasol garage at Unit 13 another delay hle for EL destination passengers

The busses were not marked. There was only one man that was walking around with a sign indicating which bus to go to. Upon approaching the lady who had the list of passengers, she would not let me board. We were 4 people but she insisted that the 4th person could not board as they were not on the list. This despite the fact that electronic tickets were given to her. She also would not allow me to contract the head office to resolve the matter. She only relented once I called my boss who had paid for my tickets.
