I've been traveling alot,and this is my 1st time traveling with "intercity" I must say their service was excellent.The bus was very nice and clean,it has aircons,toilet was very nice and clean,you can also charge your phone while traveling. Another thing the bus arrived on time for departure and we arrived exacly the time it had on my ticket.we only had two stops for break.And the drivers were both very friendly and so helpful. I had a smooth and comfortable trip even the other passengers was super friendly.

Enjoyed- the driver was polite and his instructions were clear. Didn’t enjoy- driver became tired during the trip which is considered a hazard as anything could happen. Is there no way to have at least two drivers per bus? One driver will get a chance to rest while the other drives. I could tell that the trip took a strain on the driver and I’m worried about the safety of passengers in the future. - The bus was not on time and when we arrived at park station, there was a 30+ delay. Passengers who were already seated were asked to leave and go to another bus. This was unorganised which caused certain passengers to be unsettled and worried. This wastes time and causes major delays.

The bus was clean and the toilet had no smell like my previous experience. I was able to charge my phone and my power bank even the driver was very friendly.. The two guys(the fatter one was Xhosa) who was dispatching the lagguage at the Park Station exit were very rude demanded that I pay R150 cash for the 8kg box of Tennis biscuits and 3loaves of Cheese I had with me, I wanted to use a card they refused and took all the cash I had with me

I didn’t enjoy anything,the bus smelled like a pit toilet imagine sitting in a toilet from pmb to durban😳the driver tried putting something to ease the smell when we complained at montrose,it worked for a moment and after that it smelled again,not to mention how blocked my nose is rn because we had to use aircon to try ease the smell,I was using intercity for the for the first and last time,I wouldn’t recommend it to my enemy even🤮🤮
