I am so thrilled with such an experience felt let down by the state of roads in Zimbabwe, the journey with Swiss Express was one to be repeated again and again, so so professional.

The bus broke down on that day so we had to wait for the mechanic to come and he managed to sort out the issue.

Customer care on point, however safety could be improved ie speed on dilapidated and narrow roads
Customers express dissatisfaction with the service, specifically mentioning delays and late arrivals. These issues seem to be consistent across multiple reviews. Additionally, one review mentions poor bus maintenance as a possible factor for the negative experience.
Absolutely unacceptable service. The bus left 12 hours late. The passengers had to sleep in the station while they waited for a trailer because there wasn’t enough space for the luggage. There was no branding on the bus which resulted in the bus constantly getting stopped. Today unacceptable
According to the reviews, the bus service is praised for its cleanliness and well-maintained condition, with good communication from the staff. Passengers appreciated arriving on time in Bulawayo and felt warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. However, there were concerns about delays in departure times and issues with unreliable WiFi during travel.

The bus is clean and well kept, it does not speed and there is good communication. The down side was a lot of people with no passports which made those with passports to be ferried to the S.A border with a quantum that was cold and not comfortable at all.

I was told it departs from parkstation, yet it's misinformation. I personally didn't like the lie. we were told they the bus will leave at 3pm. to get to parkstation at 2:30.only then we were taken by a bakkie to power house, and was told it's leaving at 4. and it left at 5:30pm. but the journey went well
Users have reported that the bus crew was very helpful, contributing to a satisfactory experience. However, there were concerns about communication issues during delays in Pretoria and difficulties accessing the WiFi password.
Passengers have shared positive experiences with Delta Coaches, highlighting the friendly and professional staff, comfortable rides, and efficient service. However, some users expressed concerns about unexpected luggage fees despite the stated policy of free luggage up to 25 kg. Additionally, there were instances of departure time changes that caused inconvenience for travelers. Despite these issues, the overall feedback remains favorable with many appreciating the smooth journey and helpful staff.
I had 2 bags by 20kg free when I booked the ticket online, but was only given 1 bag free and there's no scale. The charges for the extra bag was abnormally high. Terrible experience ever,,,was told that was I've seen online doesn't exist in reality 😕 😢

The bus was amazing, the chargers worked perfectly and the aircon was working but their lack of communication made the whole experience horrible. We were at the border for over 6 hours waiting for the bus because it was overloaded and they didn’t even bother to tell us so that we are at ease. We are human beings not animals, we understand if there is a problem but to leave us sitting there like lost cockroaches in a dirty kitchen was definitely uncalled for. I will never use that bus again. Coming back was even worse because the bus broke down several times and we had to scramble for transport as if we did not pay. I honestly hated the whole experience.
