The longest ride I’ve ever had, offering a person a trip to Dbn on a Eastern Cape bus is dreadful and I wouldn’t recommend because it’s unconventional and draining however the bus was in good condition and staff was friendly, I’m just never putting myself through anything like that ever again.

Intercity Xpress Cape Town Durban recent customer reviews
Very clean and comfortable bus, shoutout to the great drivers (the other one called himself Ramaphosa) what a great service from our drivers…I always had a bad experience with long distance bus travelling but Intercity Express was such a game changer. If there is a way to rate drivers specifically, 5 starts go to our drivers who were driving Intercity Express (18:45 to Durban via EC)
