The gate was late, it arrived at 10h45 and it wasnt intercape as booked, then it broke down while at the station and we left only at 11h45. Then the bus broke down again in Volkrust for 2 hours and delayed us heavily. Arrived at 1am - it is not safe for SAn women to be stuck in Midrand at 1 in the morning. Intercape needs to do better, we paid in full for this trip and would like to know what compensation is being offered for this major inconvenience

I was surprised that i bought an intercape tickit but got a different bus written tour something all i remember is that it was brown. Tell me what is the point of this because according to me was false advertising. Why was i not informed before i made a purchase that this would happen. I would have opted for another bus. Worst of it all we did not even stop at Montrose we had to eat when we got to pretoria. We got an hour late in pretoria as the tickets said will be in PTA at 9pm.

Uncomfortable, aircon was cold on a very cold night, sit could not recline, window i was sitting next to was loose making a weird shaking noise, the whole ride from Durban to Pretoria.

The Bus I booked was full I had to wait for 1:30 minutes for another bus to come.

The bus was okay but the problem was the time getting there and the time we arrived at Pretoria it didn’t arrive in time The bus was too slow

It’s a nonsensical service. It was a 10:00 am bus but it arrive now at 22:45. And it’s not the first time. Even last few years thier service was poor. Actually eagle liner must be removed. They use a bus called national express which doesn’t enter a park station

Not sure how safe are the travellers suitcases because there are no name tags attached and anyone can just claim any luggage as their own

I enjoyed nothing, the bus driver was very rude, he exposed us to 15 degree Celsius of temperature for the whole ride at night even after we asked him to switch the air-conditioner OFF he refused and his driving was bad, so the whole night I was wide awake because of the uncomfortable conditions we were subjected to

Professionalism is the key,it clean and drivers are well trained and they are friendly

Adjust air conditions, so that everyone can be satisfied. Not very cold and not hot please

I was supposed to arrive in Pretoria by 17h30 but we got there by 18h10 woth no apology for thw delay our driver who took the bus from Montrose bus stop station was not nice he was not even playing soft music like our first driver

The bus was just ok and traveled safely. Even though we arrived late in Tshwane, I am not complaining. Enjoyed it very much. The gentleman that was seating us in the bus was more understanding to people with special needs. It was absolutely incredible to witness.

Everything was fine but the toilet had bad smell of which the bus started to be smelly

The bus was an hour late and no one informed us. I am grateful to that driver who came to fetch us and took us to durban station to catch a bus and the gentleman man assisted us in showing us where to go so that we can catch a bus.

The seats were comfy and the toilet was not smelly. We also arrived earlier than expected.

The ride was very nice,the seats were comfortable,ventilation was good.the problem is the bus was not clean and the were many cockroaches in the bus and their smell.

The bus stoped at Johannesburg for almost an hour while they know we were already late by 4hours due to traffic

Bus was on time , we even arrived almost an hour earlier. However cleanliness of the bus could improve, all seats seem to be stained and I had to walk up to the back checking all seats.
