I love their friendly and accommodative drivers .The bus was also on time but unfortunately there was a communicated problem with the bus which caused a delay but I am just glad that it was communicated with us passengers and we kept getting updates on the matter .

The bus was very cold inside due to high volume of aircon, the driver did not think for the passengers inside the bus, Now I'm sick because of that

The driver where so nice and know how to talk with people, only toilet was make me not to enjoy my travelling. They smell very bad

Left late as bus wouldn’t start, but made up the time on the journey. Bus was clean and comfortable, but very hot and stuffy as the driver didn’t like air conditioning.

It's for the first using Eagle Liner and i don't want to lie almost the whole trip and services we get in the bus.

It was my first trip with Eagle Liner. The staff was professional, the bus was warm given that it's winter.

I love the punctuality and constant communication to keep us on board. I just didn't see any ablution system on the bus. That's not safe for long trips.

The only bad service was the lateness of the bus from Pretoria, it was extremely late and this was never even communicated to us.

The bus came late. Had a puncture on the way to the destination and waited approximately 3 hours for road assistance.

Bus was 3hours late no communication nothing, we whr just dropped off at Parkstation from Bosman, waited for hour, bus came I had to fight for my life to get into tht bus

One can say a lot about whats good and bad, mostly influenced by physical observation and personal space, especialy when travelling long distance. I would like to thank the driver who was 100% concentrating on his job, that was to ensure we all arrive safely at our destination. Well done sir! Thanks a lot!!

Took hours for the bus to arrive at the station and Spent almost 12 hours on the road

Very disappointed and it was my first last trip with that company poor standard.. my bus was supposed to leave 7pm from pretoria to Bloemfontein..it took us to park station left us There around 11 pm other one came going to pta we had to a company those membres to Pretoria then go back to Bloemfontein we arrived past five since mlast night

The bus didn't even show up. It was a bad experience. I had to buy another ticket from another bus company. Couldn't even get my refund. Can this bus company be investigated. Otherwise I'm taking them to hello peter

It was a very good trip. We arrived later than the time scheduled but none the less it was a good trip

It was really good and warm. I enjoyed the comfort of the seat for many hours. I did not like the rain when we had breaks

the bus arrived almost 3hours before the expected time,we were subjected to wait and got ignored for long period of time till we then got squeezed to capetown bus of which was to leave us at johannesburg & that time we're going to bloem we had fo wait for like another hour or so and after all there's nothing that I enjoyed.

Very bad I enjoyed nothing about it , the service starting from Pretoria station was bad .. i got into the bus around 5PM I was supposed to arrive in Bloemfontein by 11pm I arrived at 3am in the morning ..I got dumped at park station in JHB waited for 2hrs nobody was telling me anything or what’s going on I was there in the cold waiting … the bus was cold very poor quality the Charing ports not working … the drivers only speak Qhosa forgetting some of us we don’t hear anything and they seems not to care.. I’ll never ride with that bus again

Very very bad experience..Extremely bad indeed.😔 The Delta bus stopped in the middle of the way due to it's problem. Driver told us it has power problem,it can't travel more. We waited almost 3 hours before the other bus came. I fail to understand why can't your service inspect the bus first before allowing it to travel? 💔..That's a bad move.What about our safety? What about our time? That's not good at all.

I did not enjoy a single thing abut the bus except the texture of people i met in it. The bus service though were terrible. Many problems but its suffice to say, I wont use it again.

Excellent service, wish there were ways of saving the company from liquidation and save all those jobs.

The sits were comfortable, i just need something to entertain me but the tv's were off

Why do we not get proper reciepts from the computer for bicycle and other things
