Good trip,bus arriving on time and it being clean 👌 and I can't forget how great the staff treated us as passengers

We travelled by sleep liner and it was cold at the upper part of the bus, the bus got stuck 21 kw away to Mthatha, we had to take taxis to Mthatha

There's nothing I enjoyed. It was cold. It died on the way, we had to be transferred to another stinking cold bus. I had small baby in all that. I'm really disappointed in your service

Driver was rude, employees at the station rude and dismissive. The bus was more than 3 hours late and we were not told why. We didn’t have any bathroom stops, the bus was basically a freezer.

I did not like the fact that the bus delayed with 1 hour 20 minutes,The was not enough space and it was stuffy,the drivers where rude.

My experience with Eagle Liner was very bad. I am very dissatisfied with their services and as a matter of fact I will never travel with Eagle Liner ever again! The bus arrived 3 hours late and after it arrived a mechanic had to be called and we waited another hour. The drivers did not address us as passengers with respect and there was no clear communication indicating was was really happening.

The service was great the bus arrived on time and the staff was professional and friendly.

I hated the trip because I had to stand due to not having a seat from bloemfontein to mthatha

When they picked me up in bloemfontein there were no space for me to sit, they made us sit on the floor, bus was cold

Very bad in fact it was a disaster, there was no Delta bus I had to book another one.

Bus was taken by trafic officers for morethan an 1 hour because it didnt have permit road

Your hygiene was not good it was very stinky inside
