Greyhound has received mixed feedback from users. Many appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of the ground staff, including drivers who are noted for their good service. However, there have been some concerns regarding unpleasant odors on buses and a lack of assistance with luggage. Additionally, some passengers feel that office staff could be more courteous in their interactions.

Greyhound was an amazing experience. The driver was early by about 5 to 10 minutes on every stop. And he made sure that we had a break to where people were able to go get food in the middle of our trip, which was very convenient for everybody because the whole bus went and grab something to eat. I asked him to turn the AC down at one point because it was really cold for more than half of the passengers on the bus. He was gracious enough to turn the AC off so everybody can warm up.. All in all it was a very wonderful experience.

Everything was very smooth as far as the ticket check and boarding. The bus was clean and the driver was pleasant. Only problem I had was the leg room. My right knee only bends 25% so I always sit at the aisle so that I can straighten it. I'm sure that's a safety hazard although I try as much as I can to tuck it in. Also the sockets were loose, charger continued to fall out.

This was my first time traveling on a bus. The bus station attendant was rude in Tallahasse, when checking to see that I was in the right place and getting on the correct bus. The driver was really nice and the ride was smooth.
