The bus drivers were slowly and I couldn't arrive at home therefore I had to book Bnb

I didn't get intercape mainline I got another bus which was dirty and smelly inside

Ohw my doll, the staff was very nice, 317 Cape road they made everything super easy for me♥️it was not even 7am yet but they were amazing already.

There were nice and comfortable seats but there were cockroaches almost everywhere. Time management was lacking and the bus driver would not allow us to go to the bathrooms.

The bus was an hour 30 mins late and when in EL we were changed into an old coach that was dripping water.

I'm so disappointed about Eagle liner I arrived at the station 30 min before time but the was no bus I waited till 7:00 am but my departure time was 6:00 am I ended up taking a taxi from Port Elizabeth to Mthatha😭😭😪😪😪

I paid for a ticket with toilet facilities but once again the toilet was out of service this is not good.

The bus was dirty and stuffy, because passengers were drinking alcohol and smoking.

Did not enjoy the service, bus drivers were not respectful. There was no order and the bus arrived more than 4 hours late

It has been my first time using Big Sky, it arrived late but when when we boarded we were hurried to catch-up for the lost time. USB port were not working, had to share with other passengers.

My bus was supposed to depart at 2:45 am and by 4:00am it had not yet arrived. No communication on whether it was delaying or what. I ended up leaving the station because when I called the APM helpline no answer
